Responsibilities
Gestion des Dossiers des Salariés : Organisation et suivi des visites médicales, gestion des tickets restaurant, centralisation et gestion des contrats de mise à disposition
Recrutement et intégration : gestion administrative des contrats d’intérim, commande et accueil des nouveaux arrivants, mise à jour du trombinoscope
Marque Employeur et Communication Interne : organisation logistique des séminaires, envoi et collecte des questionnaires
Gestion des Réunions et Instances : création et envoi des invitations Outlook, réservation des salles, préparation des dossiers pour les instances représentatives
Support aux Salariés : réorientation des demandes, réponses aux questions récurrentes
