About the role

  • Analista de RH Mobilidade Pleno managing global mobility operations for Bradesco. Involving expatriation processes and employee relocations across multiple international locations.

Responsibilities

  • Expatriations / repatriations (all associated services)
  • Localization of Brazilian employees in Bradesco’s international units
  • Hiring & termination
  • Transfers and movements of local staff in Bradesco’s international units
  • Payroll analysis for Bradesco’s international units
  • Monitoring and oversight of policies, regulations and applicable legislation in each country
  • Alignment and coordination meetings with overseas units

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed – Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations
  • Knowledge of the full expatriation and repatriation process
  • Familiarity with local-to-local assignment processes
  • Experience with expatriate localization processes
  • Experience managing air and sea moves, relocations, flight bookings, pet transportation, immigration, and knowledge of Brazilian tax matters
  • Advanced or fluent English – spoken and written
  • **Preferred:**
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Intermediate or higher Spanish
  • Knowledge of legislation in the USA, Mexico and Luxembourg
