Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Geo Success Managers
Drive the successful execution of global partner programs across all Geos
Act as a strategic business partner to Geo Ecosystem Leaders
Guide your team in managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
Foster strong relationships with Global and Local Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams
Proactively monitor the health of the partner ecosystem and associated programs
Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical and business challenges
Ensure the team maintains accurate records of program adoption and success plan progress in our CRM
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within partner-facing functions such as Partner Experience, Partner Program Management, or Partner Enablement
Strong understanding of automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly data-driven, with a proficient ability to analyze complex global data sets
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
