About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Geo Success Managers
  • Drive the successful execution of global partner programs across all Geos
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Geo Ecosystem Leaders
  • Guide your team in managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Foster strong relationships with Global and Local Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Proactively monitor the health of the partner ecosystem and associated programs
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical and business challenges
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate records of program adoption and success plan progress in our CRM

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within partner-facing functions such as Partner Experience, Partner Program Management, or Partner Enablement
  • Strong understanding of automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly data-driven, with a proficient ability to analyze complex global data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • A Master's degree is preferred
