Manage digital project dependencies and program constructs to ensure effective execution of HR innovation solutions
Proactively identify, analyze, and implement strategic solutions affecting implementation success
Ensure enterprise goals and objectives are met by tracking trends in progress
Collaborate across the HR portfolio from intake to delivery on digital and innovation initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional teams including global privacy, compliance, and business teams to identify and document risks and issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience
2+ years of complex project and program management experience focused on innovation and technology adoption
Experience in HR tech, digital transformation, or AI enablement, ideally within a high-growth environment
Proficiency with core HR systems (e.g., Workday)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
Proficient in project management and planning software (e.g., Planview, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in healthcare or supply chain industries is preferred
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, process automation tools, and AI ethics frameworks is a plus.
