About the role

  • Own and run the global onboarding program to ensure smooth, impactful starts for new joiners
  • Design and manage internal learning initiatives such as mentoring, shadowing and peer-learning programs
  • Deliver and coordinate training programs for employees and managers
  • Lead the performance management process ensuring fair, transparent and consistent practices
  • Own the company goal-setting framework to support alignment and clarity
  • Manage onboarding and exit interviews and gather insights to improve employee experience
  • Own and run the engagement survey process from launch to action planning
  • Analyse data from these processes and report on outcomes, engagement and impact, proposing improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, ideally around 2 years, with at least some exposure to L&D initiatives
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong program management and facilitation skills
  • Creative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences
  • Comfortable building from scratch, experimenting, and improving things constantly
  • Must meet official VIE eligibility criteria (age, nationality, etc.)
