Responsibilities
Own and manage 360Learning—configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and expert support.

Requirements
Experience in L&D coordination, training administration, or similar HR role
Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach
Confident holding people accountable and chasing for information
Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning Power BI
Experience with learning platforms (360Learning ideal, any LMS/LXP helpful)
Strong communication skills and creative flair for content design
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
