Responsibilities
Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and Support.
Contribute to launches, retrospectives, transformations, and strategic initiatives.
Advise on learning and development solutions.
Drive initiatives like tech upskilling, strategic thinking, and leadership development.
Diagnose root causes and design solutions that enable behavioural and performance change.
Apply consulting frameworks to assess needs, challenge assumptions, and guide stakeholders to the right solutions—whether skills, process, leadership, or culture.
Design and deliver programmes for tech leads and senior teams.
Facilitate workshops, run Leadership University initiatives, and coach leaders to build capability.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Make informed decisions with limited data and iterate in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Track outcomes beyond satisfaction scores. Use Power BI to report on behaviour change and business impact, and refine strategies continuously.
Requirements
Experienced in L&D or Organizational Development, working closely with technical, product or engineering teams before ideally within a tech, SaaS or product led organisation
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes and apply structured frameworks
Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, both virtually and in person
Commercially aware, able to link learning initiatives to business outcomes and speak the language of commercial teams
Can quickly grasp technical concepts like agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, and understand how they shape learning needs even without a technical background.
Technically confident with AI tools, learning platforms (360Learning is a plus), Excel and modern learning methods
Naturally curious, quick to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at influencing without authority.
