About the role

  • Team Lead for order-to-invoice process within Siemens Healthineers. Collaborating across departments to drive operational excellence and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice process for asset, service contract, and T&M transactions
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments
  • Drive operational KPIs and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Lead process improvements and support training development and administration
  • Implement digitalization projects using tools like Robotic Process Automation, Power BI, and Winshuttle
  • Research booking activities, resolve discrepancies, and drive financial Key Performance Indicators

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience (BS/BA in business, finance, or related field preferred)
  • Experience with process improvement, digitalization, project management, or similar functions
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to apply problem-solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; PowerApps preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all organizational levels
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience within Lifecycle Organization (Customer Service)
