About the role

- Manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice process for asset, service contract, and T&M transactions
- Build collaborative relationships across departments

- Implement digitalization projects using tools like Robotic Process Automation, Power BI, and Winshuttle
- Research booking activities, resolve discrepancies, and drive financial Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience (BS/BA in business, finance, or related field preferred)
- Experience with process improvement, digitalization, project management, or similar functions
- Analytical skills, with the ability to apply problem-solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking
- Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
- Ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; PowerApps preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all organizational levels
- Preferred 1+ years of experience within Lifecycle Organization (Customer Service)
