Implement digitalization projects using tools like Robotic Process Automation, Power BI, and Winshuttle
Research booking activities, resolve discrepancies, and drive financial Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience (BS/BA in business, finance, or related field preferred)
Experience with process improvement, digitalization, project management, or similar functions
Analytical skills, with the ability to apply problem-solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking
Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
Ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions
Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; PowerApps preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all organizational levels
Preferred 1+ years of experience within Lifecycle Organization (Customer Service)
