About the role

  • Account Executive KA driving partnerships expansion with large enterprises for moka.care's mental health solutions. Collaborating with the sales team to manage sales cycles and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle:
  • Participate in lead generation efforts alongside the marketing and BDR teams through to deal closing.
  • Cultivate and manage your pipeline across multiple channels to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Drive acquisition and commercial expansion:
  • Use a variety of strategies, including “foot-in-the-door” approaches, to win new accounts.
  • Strike the right balance between expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Excel in sales meetings:
  • Thoroughly prepare and conduct meetings with Sean, Pierre-Étienne or Guillaume with professionalism and rigor.
  • Adapt your strategies by combining proactive outreach and active listening to secure new accounts.
  • Maintain the right balance between managing existing clients and acquiring new accounts to maximize our impact.
  • Progress deals through the pipeline and deliver measurable results.
  • Exceed your individual targets after your first six months.

Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of B2B sales experience.
  • You can build and maintain relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders within organizations.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and proactivity.
  • You have strong organizational skills and experience in process mapping.
  • You embody empathy, active listening, proactivity, resilience, and boldness to push boundaries.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of HR personas and international environments.
