Responsibilities
You support our customers in inside sales – by phone, digitally and in person
You process inquiries, prepare quotations and handle order processing
You advise on spare parts, accessories and technical solutions
You work closely with field sales, warehouse and workshop teams
You maintain customer data and actively contribute to growing our customer relationships
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training – ideally in the automotive sector or wholesale
Experience in sales of parts/accessories is an advantage
Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for mobility
Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a service-oriented approach
Independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
