About the role

  • Inside sales representative for automotive parts managing customer inquiries through various communications. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You support our customers in inside sales – by phone, digitally and in person
  • You process inquiries, prepare quotations and handle order processing
  • You advise on spare parts, accessories and technical solutions
  • You work closely with field sales, warehouse and workshop teams
  • You maintain customer data and actively contribute to growing our customer relationships

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training – ideally in the automotive sector or wholesale
  • Experience in sales of parts/accessories is an advantage
  • Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for mobility
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a service-oriented approach
  • Independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
