Responsibilities
Own the entire end-to-end sales process for your accounts
Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Translate complex technical topics into clear business value
Maintain your deals in the CRM as a strategic tool for accurate forecasting
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in a startup/scaleup)
Experience selling to mid-market/SMEs is a plus
Proven experience selling to C-level and senior decision-makers in technically oriented organizations
Strong technical understanding and experience with AI products
Structured approach to sales using SPICED, SPINN, or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
Fluent communication in German and English.
