About the role

  • Senior Account Executive managing complete sales process for AI solutions in a startup. Building relationships with C-Level executives in the German market to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire end-to-end sales process for your accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear business value
  • Maintain your deals in the CRM as a strategic tool for accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in a startup/scaleup)
  • Experience selling to mid-market/SMEs is a plus
  • Proven experience selling to C-level and senior decision-makers in technically oriented organizations
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with AI products
  • Structured approach to sales using SPICED, SPINN, or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Fluent communication in German and English.
