About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Provide ongoing account management and sales support to the existing customer base to ensure their retention;
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts;
  • Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and enhancements;
  • Manage customer relationship data effectively within the CRM system (e.g.., Salesforce);
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer success and satisfaction;
  • Document processes, customer interactions, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales principles;
  • Proven experience in a B2B or sales environment, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Ability to understand customer needs, deliver value, and build long-term partnerships;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities of different B2B products;
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
