Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
Provide ongoing account management and sales support to the existing customer base to ensure their retention;
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts;
Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and enhancements;
Manage customer relationship data effectively within the CRM system (e.g.., Salesforce);
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer success and satisfaction;
Document processes, customer interactions, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales principles;
Proven experience in a B2B or sales environment, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Ability to understand customer needs, deliver value, and build long-term partnerships;
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities of different B2B products;
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus;
Strong organizational and time management skills.
