About the role

  • Client Relationship Manager building and maintaining key relationships in the people risk business for QBE. Focusing on workers compensation experience to expand customer engagement nationally.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, building and maintaining relationships with customers and intermediaries to expand the people risk business nationally
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Being the voice of the customer in our business, working across different business units to optimize the customer program

Requirements

  • Extensive workers compensation experience from either a Broker, Account Management, Claims or Underwriting background
  • A market presence that ensures credibility
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of workers compensation
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims lifecycle.
