Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and tools in AI-driven recruitment and sharing that knowledge with the team.
Requirements
Experience: About 0.5 - 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Interest in AI tools: A strong interest in how technology, particularly AI, can be applied to improve recruitment processes.
Communication: You excel at communication and have a skill for building lasting relationships. You’re also confident and comfortable during negotiations.
Mindset: You are a proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset, driven to make progress, and easily adaptable to dynamically changing situations.
Attention to detail: You take pride in your thoroughness and pay close attention to details.
Language skills: A strong command of both written and spoken Polish and English.
Location: This role is Wrocław-based as we work in a hybrid model.
