Support high-volume hiring for Stores
Run reports for various business partners—covering new store openings, temp usage, and other ad hoc needs
Lead new hire orientations and help coordinate onboarding steps—scheduling, booking rooms, and ensuring a smooth experience for every new team member
Maintain and reorder recruiting and marketing materials for HQ, Hot Topic and BoxLunch stores
Assist in organizing recruiting events and job fairs to build brand presence and connect with local talent
Provide general HR and recruiting administrative support as needed
Support full-cycle and temporary recruiting for entry-level roles—posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate and hiring manager communication
Requirements
1–2 years of recruiting experience (retail or high-volume environments a plus)
Experience using recruiting tools (Lever, Indeed, etc.)
Great communication and organizational skills—you thrive on multitasking without dropping a beat. The priorities in this role will shift from day to day, and you'll be able to keep pace.
