Responsibilities
Preparation and execution of recruitment and selection processes — in particular for apprenticeship and dual-study positions
Representing our company at regional career fairs, in schools and at other events
Recruiting and supporting interns
Comprehensive support of apprentices and dual-study students — from hiring through to completion of their apprenticeship or degree
Point of contact for trainers, training managers and apprentices on all individual and collective labor law matters
Creating and managing deployment schedules for apprentices and dual-study students
Maintaining and developing our careers website (training focus)
Creatively developing our employer presence across all youth-recruitment-relevant formats — including collaboration with Public Relations and the development of promotional materials (flyers, banners, etc.)
Supporting internal projects related to young talent — e.g. school projects or partnerships with educational and industry partners
Administration of time tracking for the entire corporate group
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a Personnel Services Clerk (Personaldienstleistungskauffrau/-mann)
Several years of professional experience in administration, HR or sales
Practical experience in recruiting
Very good digital skills
