About the role

  • Recruiting & HR Operations Manager leading HR strategies and operations at a high-growth AI startup. Responsible for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and driving a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts to source, attract, and hire great people
  • Own the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Oversee all core HR operations with excellence and integrity
  • Work closely with the executive team on organizational design and compensation strategy
  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies and programs
  • Be a culture champion and advocate for our employees
  • Monitor the pulse of the organization and enhance the employee experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (experience with Rippling preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices & employment laws
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP or similar is a bonus)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
