Responsibilities
Lead recruiting efforts to source, attract, and hire great people
Own the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Oversee all core HR operations with excellence and integrity
Work closely with the executive team on organizational design and compensation strategy
Develop and continuously improve HR policies and programs
Be a culture champion and advocate for our employees
Monitor the pulse of the organization and enhance the employee experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR roles
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (experience with Rippling preferred)
Knowledge of HR best practices & employment laws
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP or similar is a bonus)
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
