About the role
- Recruiter managing the entire recruiting process for B&O Bau. Focusing on sustainable building solutions and innovative construction concepts in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die operative und strategische Umsetzung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Erstellung, Veröffentlichung und Pflege zielgruppengerechter Stellenanzeigen über verschiedene Kanäle
- Durchführung von Bewerbervorauswahl sowie Steuerung und Pflege des Bewerbermanagementsystems
- Planung und Umsetzung von Personalmarketingmaßnahmen inkl. Messeauftritten und Hochschulkooperationen
- Identifikation und Ansprache von Kandidaten über soziale Netzwerke ( Active Sourcing )
- Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Recruitingprozesse
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal , Betriebswirtschaft , Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting – idealerweise mit Praxis in Active Sourcing und im Umgang mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen
- Branchenkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung gewerblicher Fachkräfte sind ein Plus
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie den gängigen Recruiting-Tools und Plattformen
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und pragmatische Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit echter Teamorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
