About the role
- Own and take charge of the business marketing plan for Knauf Energy Solutions
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns
- Respond to audience interactions and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Plan, organise, and execute participation in trade shows, exhibitions and physical events
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials and on-site branding
- Maintain and update the company website with accurate, engaging and SEO-optimised content
- Use AI platforms to support marketing efforts and implement website improvements with designers and developers
- Create and manage blog posts, product descriptions and other web content
- Control marketing collateral, online development and event organisation within the marketing budget
- Work alongside key stakeholders to ensure continued market presence and brand growth
Requirements
- Experience in driving market presence and building brand awareness
- Hands-on approach to building a business brand
- Enjoy involvement in all aspects of marketing, from socials to trade events
- Understanding of AI and its utilisation in marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Experience in event planning and coordination (plus)
- Basic knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress, CMS) and SEO principles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a budget
- Willingness to learn required skills on the job
