Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk) or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Initial experience in HR (recruiting, personnel administration, internship or working student role)
Experience with HR software and active sourcing is an advantage
Good English skills and confident use of MS Office
Structured, reliable and precise working style with a team-player mentality
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
