About the role
- Join Australia's fastest growing education franchisor; coach and mentor franchise partners across VIC.
- Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching.
- Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.
- Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business.
- Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach.
- Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent.
Requirements
- Someone who lives in Melbourne with a passion for business coaching.
- Someone who has a car and license to travel to multiple sites across Melbourne.
