About the role

  • You support project management in planning, controlling and executing projects in the banking environment — from project initiation and controlling to successful completion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing project structures, schedule, resource and budget planning, as well as preparing project documentation and reports.
  • You perform project controlling tasks, prepare status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, and ensure adherence to time and budget constraints.
  • You coordinate appointments, assist with meeting preparation and minute-taking, and ensure smooth communication among all parties involved.
  • You contribute to the continuous development and optimization of PMO processes, tools and methods.
  • You work closely with experienced project managers and test managers and have the opportunity to progress toward (partial) project leadership roles.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have basic knowledge of project management methods (waterfall or agile) and have ideally worked with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence or similar.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a strong focus on quality distinguish you.
  • You are communicative, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team — including in interdisciplinary environments.
  • Initiative, organizational skills and a confident demeanor are among your strengths.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.
