Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions
Lead trainings, roadshows and events with partners
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations)
Requirements

Is communicative, analytical, and prefers autonomy in day-to-day activities;
Postgraduate degree completed or in progress (business administration, engineering, marketing or related fields)
Proven experience with indirect channels, B2B sales or partner management
Proficiency with CRM tools and advanced Excel
Negotiation skills, strategic vision and leadership
Availability to travel
