About the role

  • Serve as the primary link between the franchisor and the franchisees in your region, ensuring brand standardization and operational excellence across stores.
  • Monitor performance indicators (sales, profitability, average ticket, PA (items per transaction), PM (average price), inventory coverage, etc.) and propose action plans focused on continuous improvement.
  • Perform analysis and negotiation aimed at reversing sell-in issues.
  • Conduct regular store visits across the network to align processes, deliver operational training and provide business support.
  • Support franchisees in managing the point of sale, contributing to operational efficiency, team development and customer experience.
  • Ensure the execution of commercial campaigns and marketing strategies defined by the franchisor.
  • Act as a strategic partner to franchisees, positively influencing their results and strengthening relationships across the network.
  • Participate in the process of opening new stores and implementation trainings when required.
  • Monitor franchisee financial performance through analysis of the income statement (DRE) and cash flow.
  • Act as a training multiplier within franchises, based on the rollout of action plans implemented with franchisees.
  • Work on multidisciplinary projects with key interface areas: Commercial, CSC (Customer Service Center), IT, Franchising, Marketing (MKT), Visual Merchandising (VM), GC and Training, driving improvements and new perspectives for franchise channel processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail operations, preferably in franchise networks.
  • Experience managing performance indicators and analyzing results.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Active driver's license (CNH).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • Availability to cover the Northeast region of Brazil.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience reading and analyzing the income statement (DRE), sell-out, inventory and operational indicators.
