Responsibilities
Initial installation and configuration of the Matrix42 application and additional products.
Advise our customers on the optimal use and customization of the products.
Conduct workshops and provide subsequent documentation.
Deliver trainings.
Support the project manager: plan work packages with effort estimates.
Plan workshops.
Contribute to the creation of concepts.
Capture customer requirements for custom developments and coordinate them with your colleagues in development.
Test and integrate our own software products.
Assume tasks within the Managed Services area.
Requirements
Experience with an ESM or ITSM tool (Matrix42, LANdesk, ServiceNow, HEAT, etc.) is required.
You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Very good German skills, written and spoken (at least C1, preferably C2).
Good English skills.
Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft server infrastructure such as Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server.
Good knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, C#.
Good to very good knowledge of SQL Server queries and updates, with a focus on T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
