About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships and acquire new clients or partners;
  • Interface with other company areas such as Legal, Marketing, Technology, Maintenance, among others;
  • Manage the partner portfolio and present the product;
  • Organize and manage your clients in the territory, including relationship visits;
  • Customer-focused: deliver excellent service and prioritize effectively while handling multiple tasks;
  • Review contracts, update records, and resolve issues related to partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
  • Previous experience in sales and client relationship management, lead management, and meeting targets;
  • Strong communication skills, public speaking, and experience presenting to groups;
  • Ability to handle conflict situations and manage complaints;
  • Enjoy working autonomously and proactively;
  • Having a personal vehicle for commuting is a plus.
