Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships and acquire new clients or partners;
Interface with other company areas such as Legal, Marketing, Technology, Maintenance, among others;
Manage the partner portfolio and present the product;
Organize and manage your clients in the territory, including relationship visits;
Customer-focused: deliver excellent service and prioritize effectively while handling multiple tasks;
Review contracts, update records, and resolve issues related to partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
Intermediate MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
Previous experience in sales and client relationship management, lead management, and meeting targets;
Strong communication skills, public speaking, and experience presenting to groups;
Ability to handle conflict situations and manage complaints;
Enjoy working autonomously and proactively;
Having a personal vehicle for commuting is a plus.
