Responsibilities
Drive the monthly analysis cycle (sell-in, sell-out, market share, distribution, pricing/promotion, product mix): data collection, validation, consolidation, analysis and presentation of results, translating data into business insights.
Ensure governance and quality of panel and consumer data (reliability, consistency, documentation, business rules), in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Train internal stakeholders to maximize the use of developed tools and platforms.
Support the development of marketing and commercial plans (monthly/quarterly reviews, business reviews, promotional plans, activation plans) through analyses, scenarios and recommendations.
Prepare business reviews for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Report key highlights and major developments to global teams.
Lead the growth forecast process.
Act as the local expert on SRM tools.
Identify the most relevant analytical models to manage SRM levers (price, promotion, mix).
Implement analytical models and drive analyses and insights to identify optimization priorities.
Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to align recommendations and maximize impact.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with dual expertise in market research (Circana / Nielsen or KWP) and in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills: ability to build and interpret pricing, promotion and mix performance models.
Good knowledge of channels (Retail and OOH) and customers (retailers and distributors).
Experience in Sales Revenue Management is a plus.
Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into clear messages for senior managers and global teams.
Project management, organization, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Finance.
Fluent English.
