About the role
- Specialist in managing and executing IT projects while supporting the current IT manager. Ensuring project delivery within timelines, scope, and budget with efficient communication between teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered within the defined timeline, scope, and budget.
- Monitor goals, performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate project progression.
- Serve as an interface between IT teams, facilitating communication and promoting strategic alignment.
- Support the IT manager in organizing and delegating tasks to ensure smoothness and efficiency in project execution.
- Prepare, review and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring visibility and predictability.
- Manage allocation of human and technological resources, ensuring teams have the necessary support to perform their activities.
Requirements
- IT Project Management: Experience leading multiple concurrent projects, ensuring governance and efficiency.
- Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK and hybrid methodologies.
- Management Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Monday, Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Budget and Cost Management: Financial control, planning and allocation of technology investments.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and executives.
- KPI and Metrics Development: Experience defining, tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Advanced English (preferred): For interaction with international suppliers and stakeholders.
