Responsibilities
Manage and develop Scrum Masters and PO CoE teams through coaching, performance management, and fostering collaboration.

Drive Agile Transformation including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, tracking metrics, and fostering continuous improvement.
Remove organizational impediments, resolve conflicts, and manage budgets for agile-related resources.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, preparing reports, policies, and collaborating across departments.
Requirements
7 - 10 years of experience in Information Technology
2 - 3 years of experience in a leadership position
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or 6 years of relevant experience)
Management experience in employee development plans, performance evaluations, and goals development (preferred)
Experience in budget administration and process improvement (preferred)
Knowledge and experience in developing strategic plans (preferred)
Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals (preferred)
