About the role
- Manage and develop Scrum Masters and PO CoE teams through coaching, performance management, and fostering collaboration.
- Empower Scrum Masters and promote best practices while analyzing team metrics.
- Lead in defining best practices, overseeing training, and establishing tooling standards for PO CoE.
- Drive Agile Transformation including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, tracking metrics, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Remove organizational impediments, resolve conflicts, and manage budgets for agile-related resources.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, preparing reports, policies, and collaborating across departments.
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or 6 years of relevant experience)
- Management experience in employee development plans, performance evaluations, and goals development (preferred)
- Experience in budget administration and process improvement (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in developing strategic plans (preferred)
- Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals (preferred)
