- Verantwortung für einen Delivery-Workstream: Zeremonien, Scope, Risiken, Stakeholder.
- Abstimmung mit Product Owner, Lieferanten und internen Teams; Abnahme & Go-Lives treiben.
- Rollen wie Product Owner, Scrum Master oder Release Manager mit Leben füllen.
- End-to-End Lieferung – vom Backlog bis zum Release – und Mitgestaltung der Arbeitsweise von Teams.
- Einsatzort: bei Kunden in der Deutschschweiz Bern, 3-4 Tage/Woche (onsite).
Requirements
- Einen Workstream führen. Produkttiefe mit Projekttempo verbinden.
- Komm zu inPositiv & cogify, um End-to-End zu liefern – vom Backlog bis zum Release – und die Arbeitsweise von Teams mitzugestalten.
- Verantwortung für einen Delivery-Workstream: Zeremonien, Scope, Risiken, Stakeholder.
- Abstimmung mit Product Owner, Lieferanten und internen Teams; Abnahme & Go-Lives treiben.
- Rollen wie Product Owner, Scrum Master oder Release Manager mit Leben füllen.
- 2+ Jahre IT-Delivery in mehr als einer Organisation.
- Strukturierte, hands-on Problemlösung und klare Stakeholder-Kommunikation.
- Deutsch: muttersprachlich/fliessend, Englisch: B2 intern.
- Arbeitsbewilligung: CH/EU/EFTA.
