About the role

  • Lead and deliver IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) consulting projects nationwide
  • Analyze and assess IT risks and develop and implement security strategies
  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory IT requirements
  • Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops on GRC topics
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, ideally within the banking sector (required)
  • Strong knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT) (required)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English
