About the role

  • Support internal sales teams to prepare and deliver quotes and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate daily communication with vendors and partners.
  • Manage and updating CRM data to ensure process transparency.
  • Follow up on orders and handling basic logistics tasks.
  • Support wider product team in day-to-day operations.
  • Management and maintenance of internal vendor pricelist.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT partner network.
  • Helping drive sales initiatives in collaboration with vendors and partners.
  • Presenting solutions and value propositions to partners and customers.
  • Managing the recruitment, onboarding and development of new partners.
  • Delivering training to internal sales teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in IT distribution or sales support.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity terminology.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and very good Excel skills.
  • Communicative English.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
