Responsibilities
Support internal sales teams to prepare and deliver quotes and commercial offers.
Coordinate daily communication with vendors and partners.
Manage and updating CRM data to ensure process transparency.
Follow up on orders and handling basic logistics tasks.
Support wider product team in day-to-day operations.
Management and maintenance of internal vendor pricelist.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT partner network.
Helping drive sales initiatives in collaboration with vendors and partners.
Presenting solutions and value propositions to partners and customers.
Managing the recruitment, onboarding and development of new partners.
Delivering training to internal sales teams.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in IT distribution or sales support.
Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity terminology.
Familiarity with CRM systems and very good Excel skills.
Communicative English.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
