Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and unit sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management
Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to improve skills, product knowledge, and customer service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Ensure proper execution of sales processes, compliance with company policies, and adherence to ethical standards
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback and set objectives
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in FMCG field
Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
