About the role

  • Collaborate with Trimble’s Sales Enablement team as well as subject matter experts & sales leadership to build and publish sales communications and training materials
  • Record, edit, and produce video content
  • Design and develop eLearning content
  • Package eLearning and videos into learning modules
  • Create learning aids
  • Write communications
  • Create, update, and maintain intranet pages that support the sales audience
  • Develop communication plans to support events and launches
  • Create instructional materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, interactive, and consistent with sound instructional design principles to assist product and skills training
  • Use adult learning best practices to identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content
  • Consult with program managers and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and content requirements
  • Audit content for ADA compliance
  • Provide training administration support
  • Add content to learning/content management systems
  • Invite/assign learners to appropriate content
  • Run, manage, and communicate training reports
  • Ensure all materials adhere to Product Marketing and Sales Enablement standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in learning and development, talent development, knowledge management, instructional design, or organizational development, preferably with a software company
  • Experience using multimedia authoring tools (such as Articulate, Adobe)
  • Experience with sales enablement, revenue operations, adult learning and instructor-led training development
  • Experience creating job aids, presentation materials, and other sales support materials
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Experience managing an LMS, including user administration, content deployment, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Experience using Google Suite
