About the role
- Responsable Formation managing training development and compliance at TSG Services France. Overseeing strategic training initiatives and ensuring quality and regulations in professional development.
Responsibilities
- Define and steer the training policy: develop strategic directions in alignment with Executive Management
- Develop, monitor and optimize the training budget
- Design and oversee the skills development plan
- Supervise the delivery of training and measure its effectiveness
- Ensure legal compliance and optimize funding (OPCO, CPF, FNE, etc.)
- Prepare and lead CSE consultations as well as the training committee
- Conduct regulatory, pedagogical and technological monitoring related to training
- Produce reports related to training activities
- Manage and develop the skills of the existing team
- Advise managers and employees and support internal trainers in their role
- Plan, organize and monitor training actions for clients
- Track key indicators and prepare the pedagogical and financial report
- Ensure compliance with QUALIOPI and drive the quality approach
- Organize and manage audits
- Support trainers and promote pedagogical innovation
- Contribute to the implementation of an HRIS and the digitalization of HR processes
- Contribute to the evolution of HR processes (annual appraisal, career interviews)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional training and HR project management
- Solid knowledge of the legal framework for training, training schemes and funding mechanisms
- Interest in digitalization and experience with LMS/TMS tools
- Familiarity with Training Square and Rise Up is a plus
- Knowledge of the QUALIOPI framework would be appreciated
