Responsibilities
Define and steer the training policy: develop strategic directions in alignment with Executive Management
Develop, monitor and optimize the training budget
Design and oversee the skills development plan
Supervise the delivery of training and measure its effectiveness
Ensure legal compliance and optimize funding (OPCO, CPF, FNE, etc.)
Prepare and lead CSE consultations as well as the training committee
Conduct regulatory, pedagogical and technological monitoring related to training
Produce reports related to training activities
Manage and develop the skills of the existing team
Advise managers and employees and support internal trainers in their role
Plan, organize and monitor training actions for clients
Track key indicators and prepare the pedagogical and financial report
Ensure compliance with QUALIOPI and drive the quality approach
Organize and manage audits
Support trainers and promote pedagogical innovation
Contribute to the implementation of an HRIS and the digitalization of HR processes
Contribute to the evolution of HR processes (annual appraisal, career interviews)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources Management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional training and HR project management
Solid knowledge of the legal framework for training, training schemes and funding mechanisms
Interest in digitalization and experience with LMS/TMS tools
Familiarity with Training Square and Rise Up is a plus
Knowledge of the QUALIOPI framework would be appreciated
