About the role

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule remote appointments
  • Provide remote assistance to people on-site - technicians and non-technical
  • Collaborate with the Installation Support team to improve current processes
  • Complete assigned casework under scheduled deadlines and time expectations
  • Ability to speak and explain technical details to customers as needed, both orally and in written communication
  • Special projects as assigned by the Installation Support Manager

Requirements

  • Excellent use of the English language - C2 Level Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a passion for the IT field
  • 1+ years of experience in the IT field
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts (IP Address/Gateway, Router/Modem configuration)
  • Good knowledge of Hardware assembly and setup
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of networking infrastructure and equipment
  • Must be familiar with Windows OS
