Installation Support Analyst responsible for remote customer assistance and process improvement in the restaurant industry. Collaborating with the Installation Support team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule remote appointments
Provide remote assistance to people on-site - technicians and non-technical
Collaborate with the Installation Support team to improve current processes
Complete assigned casework under scheduled deadlines and time expectations
Ability to speak and explain technical details to customers as needed, both orally and in written communication
Special projects as assigned by the Installation Support Manager
Requirements
Excellent use of the English language - C2 Level Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a passion for the IT field
1+ years of experience in the IT field
Good understanding of Networking concepts (IP Address/Gateway, Router/Modem configuration)
Good knowledge of Hardware assembly and setup
Strong time management skills
Effective troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of networking infrastructure and equipment
Must be familiar with Windows OS
