About the role

  • Technical Support Technician responsible for monitoring SLAs and handling maintenance on desktops, OS installations, and printer repairs. Work in a collaborative environment at SONDA in Jundiaí.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring backlog and SLAs
  • Rapid resolution of support tickets
  • Maintenance of desktops and monitors
  • Installation and configuration of software and Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Printer maintenance
  • Mobile phone maintenance and battery replacements
  • Hardware maintenance

Requirements

  • Experience in desk-side support and hardware and software maintenance
  • Knowledge of printer maintenance
  • Technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in a related field
