Responsibilities
Build and shape the Inside Sales department in the Netherlands
Daily contact with dairy farmers and partners by phone and email
Manage and optimize our webshop
Order processing and customer support in Salesforce CRM
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Create reports and customer analyses from the CRM
Close collaboration with animal health specialists and the Country Manager Benelux
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree (MBO+ / HBO level)
At least 3 years' experience in inside sales, ideally B2B
Strong commercial orientation, proactive and customer-focused approach
Ability to switch flexibly between customer contact, administration and sales
Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus (but not required)
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
