About the role

  • Inside Sales Account Manager responsible for customer engagement and sales operations for AHV International in the Netherlands. Leading sales department setup, managing CRM and web shop operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and shape the Inside Sales department in the Netherlands
  • Daily contact with dairy farmers and partners by phone and email
  • Manage and optimize our webshop
  • Order processing and customer support in Salesforce CRM
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Create reports and customer analyses from the CRM
  • Close collaboration with animal health specialists and the Country Manager Benelux

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree (MBO+ / HBO level)
  • At least 3 years' experience in inside sales, ideally B2B
  • Strong commercial orientation, proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to switch flexibly between customer contact, administration and sales
  • Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus (but not required)
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
