About the role

  • Account Executive driving the adoption of GoodHabitz training solutions to enhance employee skills and performance. Engaging with clients to tailor solutions that fit their HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Convince and inspire – You identify companies that share our vision and bring them on board.
  • Sell value, not price – You master consultative approaches (SPICED, Challenger) and know how to ask the right questions to uncover real needs.
  • Run impactful meetings – Whether virtual or in person, your presentations leave a lasting impression.
  • Advise and support – You become a trusted point of contact for your clients.
  • Innovate your sales approach – You don't follow a one-size-fits-all script.
  • Meet (and exceed) targets – You're results-oriented and use data to drive your activity.

Requirements

  • You're not just a salesperson – you're a strategic partner who helps organizations grow.
  • You have that rare blend of commercial instinct, discipline, and contagious enthusiasm.
  • You can build trusting relationships and negotiate long-term win-win agreements.
  • You ask the right questions, dig into needs, and co-create solutions tailored to learning & development (L&D) and HR challenges.
  • Clients trust you because you truly understand their business and challenges.
  • You keep a cool head under pressure and see obstacles as opportunities.
  • You communicate with ease — in writing, in presentations, and at executive committee level.
  • You think in terms of ROI and business impact — you can translate a training solution into tangible benefits for the company.
  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or consulting — ideally in SaaS, EdTech, learning/training, or HR.
  • A genuine passion for learning and talent development.
  • A structured, autonomous working style — you take ownership and see initiatives through to completion.
  • Positive energy and a collaborative mindset.
  • Based in Paris or the nearby suburbs
