Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal across strategic enterprise accounts in the Nordic region
Build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation in large organisations
Engage with senior stakeholders, including CTOs, other C-level executives and IT leaders, to develop tailored AI-led solutions around collaboration and knowledge management
Deliver compelling product demos and business cases that speak to pain points across multiple departments and functions
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localised messaging, value realisation, and customer success
Be the local voice of the customer: bring market insights back to Product and Go-to-Market teams to influence roadmap and strategy
Requirements
8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals
Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across the Nordics
Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability
Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first rep in-region
Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists
Passion for collaboration, product-led growth, and changing how companies work together
