Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
Prospect new accounts through proactive outreach and territory planning
Communicate product offerings, promotions, and business updates effectively
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Working knowledge of company operations including order processing, shipping and accounting
Participate in sales meetings and contribute strategic insights
Collaborate with internal teams to support account management and customer satisfaction
Prepare accurate sales activity and performance reports
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, meetings, and training events
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience
Pool industry experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
Ability to perform basic Math functions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Clean driving record and ability to travel within assigned region and to company events
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the team
