About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative nurturing customer relationships and managing sales proposals. Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
  • Proactively manage quotations—generating, reviewing, and refining proposals to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Align Purchase Orders with approved specifications, pricing, and contractual terms to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee the full Sales Order lifecycle, from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate proactively across multiple channels to keep customers informed and engaged on order status, pricing, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
  • Capture and analyze customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relations, or Commercial Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Creative, resilient, and driven by continuous improvement in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
