Responsibilities
Lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Effectively manage project resources and deliverables, holding internal and external teams accountable.
Provide creative and bespoke solutions tailored to meet clients’ individual needs, consulting on program design and content to optimize effectiveness.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including client success, sales, product, and Global support to ensure seamless implementation processes.
Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to facilitate adoption and utilization by client admins and stakeholders.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
Demonstrated experience in project management.
Proven track record in face-to-face client relationship management.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, adept at planning and prioritizing customer demands.
Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration with diverse teams within Reward Gateway.
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, investing personal time and energy in skill enhancement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
Demonstrated proficiency in navigating websites and online software confidently, with a strong aptitude for technology.
