Responsibilities
- Lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Effectively manage project resources and deliverables, holding internal and external teams accountable.
- Provide creative and bespoke solutions tailored to meet clients’ individual needs, consulting on program design and content to optimize effectiveness.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including client success, sales, product, and Global support to ensure seamless implementation processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to facilitate adoption and utilization by client admins and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Proven track record in face-to-face client relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, adept at planning and prioritizing customer demands.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration with diverse teams within Reward Gateway.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, investing personal time and energy in skill enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
- Demonstrated proficiency in navigating websites and online software confidently, with a strong aptitude for technology.
