About the role

  • Leading client implementation projects at Reward Gateway, enhancing employee engagement through benefits and recognition. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Effectively manage project resources and deliverables, holding internal and external teams accountable.
  • Provide creative and bespoke solutions tailored to meet clients’ individual needs, consulting on program design and content to optimize effectiveness.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including client success, sales, product, and Global support to ensure seamless implementation processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to facilitate adoption and utilization by client admins and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Proven track record in face-to-face client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, adept at planning and prioritizing customer demands.
  • Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration with diverse teams within Reward Gateway.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, investing personal time and energy in skill enhancement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating websites and online software confidently, with a strong aptitude for technology.
