About the role
- Senior Client Implementation Specialist at Broadridge engaging with clients to deliver solutions in investment management. Focusing on workflow reviews and project management to ensure timely deployments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather business case requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients
- Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client users
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product enhancements
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting.
- Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (ie: hedge funds, asset managers, etc.)
- Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets
- Technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs.
- Familiarity in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software Tableau.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
