Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new customers onto the Eltropy platform
Support creation, configuration, and testing of SaaS instances and communication flows
Coordinate tasks, schedules, and meetings to help ensure timely go-lives with quality
Troubleshoot implementation issues in collaboration with technical teams
Gain hands-on experience with integrations to financial services systems
Advocate for customer needs internally during implementation
Requirements
2-3 years of experiencing implementing or delivering software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
High degree of technical aptitude
Comfort with managing customer timelines and dependencies
Passion for software technology and project management
Strong customer empathy and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
