Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations
  • Maintain employee data accuracy
  • Assist managers and employees with HR-related inquiries
  • Ensure consistent execution of key HR processes
  • Provide general administrative support for the Radnor office
  • Manage mail and supplies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and UKG preferred
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
