About the role

  • Strategic HR leadership
  • Develop and implement a scalable HR strategy that supports the company's growth, culture, and performance objectives.
  • Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment strategy and processes to meet rapid hiring needs across all departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, improve interview processes, and ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Implement and optimize performance management systems to promote feedback, accountability, and development.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to talent attraction, development, and retention programs.
  • More than 3 years as an HR manager or HR director, with responsibility for end-to-end HR functions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices in the region, particularly Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or other related industries.
  • HR experience in a growth-stage company.
