About the role
- Strategic HR leadership
- Develop and implement a scalable HR strategy that supports the company's growth, culture, and performance objectives.

Requirements
- More than 5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to talent attraction, development, and retention programs.
- More than 3 years as an HR manager or HR director, with responsibility for end-to-end HR functions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices in the region, particularly Singapore and Malaysia.
- Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or other related industries.
- HR experience in a growth-stage company.
