About the role

  • Human Resources Assistant contributing to administrative efficiency in an aviation maintenance company. Engaging in employee support, documentation, and interdepartmental communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support with all administrative tasks
  • Support and advise HANGAR 901 employees on HR-related matters in German and English
  • Apply for and manage security ID badges for all employees
  • Process various employee requests and prepare certificates (e.g., parental leave, employer confirmations, etc.)
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments, external service providers and authorities
  • Record working hours and absences, administer personnel files and maintain HR databases
  • Coordinate various internships

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Initial experience in HR and knowledge of employment and labor law are a plus but not required
