Responsibilities
Support with all administrative tasks
Support and advise HANGAR 901 employees on HR-related matters in German and English
Apply for and manage security ID badges for all employees

Communicate and collaborate with other departments, external service providers and authorities
Record working hours and absences, administer personnel files and maintain HR databases
Coordinate various internships
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
Team player with strong communication skills
Initial experience in HR and knowledge of employment and labor law are a plus but not required
