About the role

  • HR Business Partner managing people-related solutions for Elevance Health. Partnering with leadership to execute human capital strategy and support organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions
  • Serve as an integral part of mid to senior-level leadership team
  • Understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics
  • Design and execute human capital strategy
  • Execute programs to support associates, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, diversity and inclusion
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
  • Consult with mid-level and line managers to create comprehensive people plans
  • Implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends and reports
  • Strongly preferred HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Experience using Workday system preferred
  • Talent Acquisition experience preferred
