About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting the recruitment lifecycle and HR administration at Nourish. Managing candidate experiences and HR duties in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to onboarding
  • Drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms
  • Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates in line with role requirements
  • Coordinating interviews, assessment days and selection activities
  • Holding phone screen, leading interviews and taking notes
  • Liaising with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience
  • Conducting reference checks and supporting pre employment compliance
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Managing onboarding documentation and new starter administration
  • Supporting recruitment reporting, including tracking time to hire and vacancy status
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns, careers events and talent pipeline activity
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Preparing HR correspondence and documentation
  • Assisting with payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Supporting training coordination and development activity
  • Responding to day to day HR queries
  • Taking notes within informal/formal meetings
  • Assisting with employee relations administration as required

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable style
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using applicant tracking systems.
